Rocklin, Calif, February 13, 2012 - KTCY/Azle-Dallas (101.7) flipped to Air1 (Christian CHR) today following the station's acquisition last week by Educational Media Foundation.
David Pierce, Air1's Chief Creative Officer, stated, "After our expansions in San Antonio and Houston last year, we are excited to extend our Air1 coverage in the Texas Triangle to include Dallas."
Paul Goldsmith, Air1 Program Director, added, "Everything's bigger in Texas, they say. And, as it relates the Air1 audience, they are absolutely right. We are thrilled to now be able to bring the positive alternative to Dallas!"
Air1 is a non-profit, listener-supported Christian CHR radio network listened to by nearly 4 million people each week in cities including Los Angeles, Dallas, Houston, Seattle-Tacoma, Phoenix, Portland, Riverside, and Sacramento.
